Apocalypse now

Last week we awoke to a sky of orange. It turned out a dust storm had swept in from as far away as South Australia and was painting the east coast of Australia a colour of burnt henna.

I was so glad I had washed the car only two days prior.

Wow, we heard about this on the news, but it said red dust was covering Sydney. How amazing that it spread up to you too.

We were in Brisbane and got it too but it was only dirty brown by then and it kept going north. Weird stuff indeed. Then there was more on Saturday but not as bad. I wonder if there's any bull dust left in the outback!!!
