Every winter the whales travel north along the coastline searching for warmer waters. Every year I head out to a headland or the beach to see these beautiful animals. This year I was not so lucky. Despite there being plenty of sightings, each time I ventured out I missed seeing them. Managed to capture these two on camera instead.
